ARN will become the advertising sales representative for The New York Times’ podcast portfolio in Australia.

As part of the deal, which covers podcasts such as Serial, This American Life, and The Daily, Australian brands will be able to connect with Australian listeners for the first time.

“The New York Times is at the pinnacle of podcasts enjoyed world over and particularly here in Australia,” says ARN head of digital audio Corey Layton.

“From The Daily to Serial, This American Life and more, for the first time, Australian brands can now be part of these global sensations.

“We’re proud that The New York Times have entrusted us with representing their brand and look forward to pairing their podcasts with both Australian audiences and brands.”

We Think Media will continue to represent The New York Times digital and print advertising business for the Australian market.
