ARN has appointed Ros Reeves chief people officer.

Reeves brings more than 25 years experience in cultural transformation and organisational change across media, entertainment and corporate sectors.

She has held senior roles with Mulpha Australia, Eye Corp and Network Ten, and led her own consulting practice advising clients including Football Federation Australia and V8 Supercars.

Reeves will shape and implement a people strategy that supports growth, innovation and cultural consistency across ARN.

Reporting to ARN CEO Michael Stephenson, she will build leadership capability, drive workforce agility and strengthen ARN's values-led culture.

"I am excited to bring my energy, insight and vision to ARN as it continues its journey of growth and innovation," Reeves said.

"ARN's strategy to become an Entertainment Company is clear. I certainly feel like I'm coming in at the right time. It's all about execution and delivery now."

Stephenson said developing people capability is central to the company's strategy.

"Ros brings a breadth and depth of experience across a broad range of industries and organisations including media," Stephenson said.

"Her track record in developing high-performance teams and aligning people strategy with business goals will be critical as we take our business to the next level. I can't wait for Ros to join the ARN team."

The appointment follows recent promotions within ARN's executive leadership team, including Richard Hunwick to chief sales officer and Ben Campbell to chief digital and technology officer.
