Careers platform Anyway has appointed Scott Russell and Tim Bowen commercial directors, alongside former Val Morgan Digital publisher Amanda Bardas as head of growth strategy.

Russell joins following roles at Accenture and Accenture Song, where he specialised in business transformation and strategic growth solutions.

Bowen joins with more than two decades of experience in media and commercial roles, having previously held senior leadership positions at Scentre Group and Val Morgan.

Bardas said Anyway is solving a challenge for young people by making career exploration engaging and personalised.

"Anyway is solving a critical challenge for young people by making career exploration genuinely engaging and personalised,” she said.

“I'm excited to focus on unlocking strategic opportunities with key partners and for our users, to ensure every young person has access to the tools they need to find their thing.

Laura Scott, managing director of Anyway, said the appointments gave the company the scale needed to secure long-term partnerships across key sectors.

"The appointment of Scott, Tim, and Amanda gives us the scale needed in market to secure long-term partnerships across key verticals including retail, travel, creative industries, healthcare, sport, and digital technology, to bring industry closer to classroom," Scott said.

“As Anyway enters this exciting new phase of strategic growth, their combined track record in building high-value partnerships and driving commercial performance will be pivotal to scaling our platform's impact.”
