Independent advertising marketplace Index Exchange has promoted Amelia Ward to managing director for Australia and New Zealand.
She joined the company in February 2022 as senior director, buyer development and most recently serving as head of buyer development.
Ward reports to Adele Wieser, senior regional managing director, APAC, and will lead Index Exchange's commercial strategy and operations.
Before joining Index Exchange, Ward spent more than 20 years agency-side, including 13.5 years at PHD, where she was most recently head of digital.
Wieser said Ward had played a key role in advancing the company's strategic objectives and strengthening its position with partners and clients across Australia and New Zealand.
"I'm delighted to congratulate Amelia on her promotion, which reflects her outstanding contributions and the confidence we have in her ability to lead Index Exchange's continued growth in the region," she said.
