Digital agencies AIIMS Group and AdVisible have merged, combining 30 years of experience across search and performance marketing.

The combined business employs more than 100 staff across Australia and the UAE. It manages hundreds of millions in advertising spend for more than 1,000 clients globally.

AIIMS Group, founded in 2010, works across SEO, branding, design, social media, web development, production, search engine marketing and media buying.

AdVisible, founded in 2009, focuses on paid media, SEO and Google services.

Kynan Albassit, director and co-founder of AIIMS Group, said the deal strengthens the company’s focus on backing businesses looking to challenge their markets.

“AIIMS has always been about empowering ‘Challengers’; our name for businesses that have the courage to disrupt their industries,” he said.

“By merging with AdVisible, we are consolidating 30 years of hard-won digital wisdom and significantly amplifying that mission.

“With our combined team of over 100 global specialists, we offer a level of technical depth, strategic foresight, and relentless execution that simply cannot be found elsewhere in the independent market”.

Andrew Hou, CEO and co-founder of AdVisible, said the merger builds on the agency’s long-standing focus on delivering stronger results for clients.

“For 15 years, our mission has been to give our clients more than other agencies. By joining forces with the AiiMS Group, we are doubling down on that commitment,” Hou said.

“The synergy between our performance-led strategies and AIIMS’ enterprise-grade automation creates a unique value proposition.

“We offer our clients the agility of an independent agency backed by three decades of collective experience and global scale.”
