Melbourne recruitment specialist Blue Bateau has launched Growth Architecture, a consulting service designed to help agencies and studios prepare for artificial intelligence-driven workplace changes.
The service offers organisational readiness assessments, competency frameworks, AI integration roadmaps and strategic role evolution planning. It operates alongside Blue Bateau's traditional recruitment services.
"Many businesses continue to operate with structures and models developed pre-AI and pre-platform explosion, despite the fact they can be rigid, slow and siloed," said Deanne Constantine, Blue Bateau founder.
"This sees tech-savvy creative talent being put into outdated roles and workflows where their impact is limited. A strategist or creative who knows how to leverage AI, for example, won't thrive in a framework that still treats roles and processes like it's 2015."
