Online property classifieds group REA has appointed Katrina Konstas chief commercial and marketing officer, replacing Kul Singh who is leaving the business in August.
Konstas joins from Afterpay, where she was country manager, EVP and head of sales, APAC.
Before Afterpay she held senior sales, business strategy and marketing roles at American Express.
She will join REA's executive leadership team with responsibility for sales, marketing and audience across the group, based in Sydney.
Cameron McIntyre, REA Group CEO, said Konstas had a track record of successfully balancing commercial and customer outcomes at scale in complex regulated environments.
"I have no doubt her wealth of experience will be invaluable at REA," he said.
McIntyre also paid tribute to outgoing chief commercial and marketing officer Kul Singh, who has been with REA for more than a decade.
"Kul has been an integral part of this business for over a decade and has led significant customer and commercial growth," he said.
“On behalf of REA, I want to thank him for his leadership, his commitment to our customers and his advocacy for better housing outcomes, and we wish him every success in his next role.”
Konstas said she was looking forward to meeting with customers and better understanding how REA could continue to support them with leading products and services.
