Admosis Media Group has appointed Kevin Colombu sales director, a newly created role at the full-service media and advertising agency.
Colombu brings more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing and creative industries, with a focus on leisure, hospitality and retail.
He will be responsible for client relationships and new strategic partnerships across APAC, the US and Europe.
Before joining Admosis, Colombu spent several years at venue management software company Roller, progressing from general manager of APAC to enterprise account executive.
He was part of the team that grew the business from an early-stage Australian startup to a global platform serving more than 2,000 attraction businesses across 30 countries.
Dan Copsey, co-founder and director of Admosis, said the agency had grown entirely through referrals and relationships.
"Over the last couple of years, we've experienced substantial organic growth, with 100% of our clients coming from either word of mouth or as a result of long-standing relationships," Copsey said.
"With Kevin onboard, we're hoping to scale even further across APAC, the UK, and the US with a particular focus on the leisure, recreation, hospitality and retail industries."
Colombu said the appointment came at a compelling moment for independent agencies.
"More brands are seeking independently owned, transparent agencies that work alongside internal teams rather than working as siloed external providers; something Admosis is known for, which makes joining at this point in its growth incredibly exciting," he said.
