Full-service media and advertising agency Admosis Media Group will join forces with Melbourne-founded creative ad agency Creative Converters.

The partnership forms as a result of TMSPC Group, home to a portfolio of leading marketing and advertising agencies, including Admosis Media Group, taking an 85% majority stake in Creative Converters.

Creative Converters will retain its brand and current employees, with Gretta van Riel remaining in the business as a strategic advisor and minority shareholder.

Gabi Nedelko will also rejoin the business as co-founder and minority shareholder.

Creative Converters is one of Australia’s TikTok agencies, offering services including User-Generated Content (UGC), Influencer-Generated Content (IGC), Media Buying and Consulting.

It has supported more than 600 brands, including the Oodie, PE Nation, Go To Skincare, Bondi Boost and Frank Body, to name only a few. It has also generated over $500 million in revenue for its clients since its founding in 2020.

Admosis Media Group is a full-service media & advertising agency specialising in easy business growth through paid strategies.

Both businesses will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects, combining their respective expertise to deliver broader, more integrated marketing and advertising services.

“With both businesses offering complementary services to each other, the joining of forces is a natural fit,” said Admosis Media Group co-founder and director, Dan Copsey.

“By aligning Creative Converters' strong, impactful creative with Admosis’ proven data-driven marketing strategies and innovative technology platforms, we can create a broader, more holistic service offering that enables both businesses to deliver greater value to clients.

"We’re looking forward to collaborating with the talented team as both businesses continue to build upon their existing success, expertise and growth."
