Admosis Media Group has appointed Pedro Faria to the newly created role of head of design.

Faria has more than two decades of experience across branding, website design, digital experiences, event management and creative strategy.

He has worked with Australian businesses and international events, including Crown's The Mamba Mentality Tour in 2019, the Jayson Tatum event with C1 Sports Group in 2020, and the Tom Brady Australia Tour in 2024.

As Admosis' first head of design, Faria will lead and grow the creative team, establish new design systems and processes, and expand the agency's creative capability.

Before joining Admosis, Faria founded and led several creative ventures, including ISO 1v1, a 1v1 basketball event, while helping businesses in hospitality, retail, sport and professional services build their brands through design, digital marketing and creative leadership.

Co-founder and director Dan Copsey said the appointment reflected growing demand for human-led creative work.

"In an increasingly AI-driven world, the need for human-led design is more important than ever before,” he said.

“Today's businesses need creative that is impactful, original and true to their brand. Pedro has built a reputation for delivering exactly that, with a proven ability to turn strategic thinking into outstanding creative concepts.”

Faria said he was drawn to the opportunity to build out Admosis' creative offering.

"What excited me most about joining was the opportunity to build a creative department that combines great design with measurable business outcomes," Faria said.

Admosis last month announced a partnership with Creative Converters, after TMSPC Group – which owns a portfolio of marketing and advertising agencies including Admosis, took an 85% stake in the Melbourne-founded agency.
