Accenture Song appoints Milla McPhee managing director of strategy, working across the ANZ and growth markets.

McPhee returns home from the UK where she worked client side for Amazon as head of brand and ceative strategy.

Prior she was head of strategy and planning at adam&eve DDB UK, while winning the simultaneous ‘triple crown’ of Effie, IPA and APG Agency of the Year, as well as Cannes Lions Agency of the Year. She also spent five years as a senior strategist at Droga5 in Sydney and New York.

With an academic background in behavioural science, McPhee is armed with experience creating and growing some of the world’s most iconic brands across all industry verticals -- including retail, government, FMCG, travel and tech -- in the US, Europe and APAC. After eight years abroad, McPhee is excited to return home to Australia.

McPhee said: “It’s one thing to have brilliant and disruptive ideas but it’s entirely another to make them happen.
