René Migliore will step down as managing director of Perth-based agency 303 at the end of March, after 14 years across two stints at the agency.
Migliore joined 303 in 2006, left in 2013 to work at other agencies, and returned to the agency, then called 303 MullenLowe, in 2017 as general manager.
He was promoted to managing director in 2019.
During his tenure, Migliore helped expand the Perth office beyond traditional advertising, taking on strategic business, media, and brand projects while hiring senior talent.
The agency has since rebranded back to 303, reflecting its independent mindset.
Migliore said the Perth team is well-positioned to continue 303’s growth and that he will remain connected to the industry.
“We’ve built a team capable of tackling a wide range of client challenges, from business strategy to creative and media solutions,” he said.
After Migliore’s departure, Perth operations will be led by chief strategy officer Matt Oakley and general manager Kylie Macey, supported by Attivo CEO Sue Squillace, executive chairman Anthony Gregorio and the local leadership team.
Squillace said Migliore had dedicated himself to delivering creative, media, and business solutions tailored to the local market, building a team that will continue his approach to collaboration and new media.
Migliore will remain at the agency until the end of March to ensure a smooth transition for staff and clients.
