Independent agency Sunday Gravy ran its own TV ad across the Seven Network during Christmas programming and the Boxing Day Test.
The ad opens with the saying; people don’t like ads.
The ad ends with its one exception, anything made by Sunday Gravy.
“We spend most of our time helping brands earn attention,” said Sunday Gravy managing director Sarah Raine.
“This was just us applying the same thinking to ourselves, and a reminder that advertising works best when it understands how people actually feel about it.”
