Foxtel has launched its action-packed FOR THE LOVE OF SPORT campaign, celebrating the breadth of sport available on FOX SPORTS.
The campaign kicked off with a full-page ad printed in newspapers nationally and will roll out on social, including a hero video, and on-air.
FOR THE LOVE OF SPORT highlights the power and reliability of sport at a time when Australians need it most, reminding fans that “sport always delivers …. even in a pandemic” and that while it can’t be predicted “we can always rely on it”.
FOX SPORTS executive director Steve Crawley says sport brings joy to people.
“Now more than ever, we need and want live sport. Whether you’re watching on the couch while in lockdown, chatting about the ins and outs in a WhatsApp group, or lucky enough to be at the pub with your mates – it’s what brings joy to families across the nation,” Crawley says.
The campaign is timed for a busy sport season, with NRL and AFL gearing up to grand finals and Foxtel featuring a Summer of Cricket, including The Ashes, as well as F1 and Supercars.
