Splendour in the Grass is bringing back its successful experiential dining campaign, following its success in 2018.
Splendour in the Grass is capitalising on its success from 2018, announcing the return of its dining campaign experience, partnering with Bondi's iconic Iceberg's restaurant in 2019.
Last year, Splendour launched an Australian festival first, opening a high-end dining experience for festival-goers, with Sydney's Chiswick taking the inaugural spot.
This year, Icebergs will take on the mantle, as Splendour continues to up its experiential marketing throughout the festival.
The 100 seat pop up Icebergs will feature a special Splendour in the Grass menu created by Icebergs’ Executive Chef Monty Koludrovic.
As part of the announcement, major Splendour sponsor Diageo, will also be using the opportunity to launch one of its newest products, Smirnoff Infusions.
The Icebergs Dining Room and Bar at Splendour will feature Smirnoff Infusions as the lead product and will be showcased alongside drinks curated and carefully selected by the acclaimed Matthew Whiley of Scout Sydney and London and James Hird, Icebergs sommelier.
Smirnoff infusions launches nationally at the end of August.
The Icebergs Bar will also feature curated beverages using Organics by Red Bull soft drinks. Beer on serve will be from Belgium’s iconic Brewery, Hoegaarden.
