The aliens are back. Budget Insurance has kicked off a second spot featuring its animated characters, Zeek and Zia. The new spot introduces the aliens' new neighbour, Dave. It is running across TV, out-of-home, online and other tactical executions. It was created by Hulsboch and Liquid Animation.
