Financial services brand Allianz has rolled out the next phase of its 'One Word' campaign, this time with a real estate agent caught in an unfortunate hailstorm.

The 'One Word' campaign launched in January and is centred around characters crying out 'Ahh!' in frustration when things go awry, which is then linked to the Allianz brand.

MercerBell general manager, Julie Dormand, said: "We wanted to tap into the human side of insurance, and specifically to own that moment when things go wrong, and link that directly to Allianz."

The campaign runs across TV, radio, digital and direct marketing.
