The Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA) has launched a campaign featuring crying executives to promote this year's Creative School and Suit School.

Created by Wunderman, the campaign grew from the realisation that there was a lack of proper mentoring of juniors and that senior management was "crying out" for talent.

The campaign will roll out over the next four weeks with posters, flyers, social media and eDMs.
