Photon Group has sold C4 Communications and three other digital agencies to direct marketing group Salmat for $75.3 million. The divestment ??of the four companies, which also includes ??Be.Interactive, Returnity and MessageNet, will ??reduce Photon's debt balance to approximately $122 million.
