Paedophile claims prompt NestlŽ to drop support

MELBOURNE: NestlŽ Peters has withdrawn its sponsorship of veteran clowns Zig and Zag following revelations that Jack Perry, 83, alias Zig, pleaded guilty in 1994 to indecent assault against his 12 year-old grand daughter. The ice cream maker has sponsored Zig and Zag Ñ who had the brandÕs logo on their clown outfits Ñ for many years, while they delighted children at MelbourneÕs annual Moomba Festival.
