Australian active-wear brand Lorna Jane has appointed Soap Creative as its digital partner.

The agency will take the lead on across the brand’s online presence, including digital strategy, customer marketing and digital product development.

“Soap is delighted to be working with an Australian fashion icon. The brand is a standout in online retail and social media,” Rebecca Supanovich, group account director, said.

Jessie Dean, digital marketing and ecommerce manager at Lorna Jane said: “the Soap team have demonstrated an innate understanding of the digital environment, our customers and the strength of our brand in the digital space".

Digital agency Pusher previously held the digital account.

Brisbane based Lorna Jane is the largest active-wear brand in Australia, with 137 stores nationally and has been seen as a leader in developing the active lifestyle category.

It was founded by former yoga instructor Lorna Jane Clarkson, who saw a gap in the market for clothes women felt comfortable working out in but still remained stylish.

The brand has a significant digital presence with LornaJane.com.au and MoveNourishBelieve.com as well as its community across a number of social media channels including Facebook & Instagram.

First work on the brand from Soap is expected to be revealed in early September.
