Nando's Australia has appointed recently launched agency Archibald/Williams as its first ever digital agency, without a pitch.

The agency will be responsible for Nando's strategic and creative digital work, with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.

Nando's marketing director Kim Russell said: “Our aim is to deliver creatively engaging and ‘world class’ digital solutions to our customers. We appointed ARCHIBALD / WILLIAMS because of the mould breaking digital work they have been involved with for clients in London and New York.”

Archibald/Williams founder Stuart Archibald said: “The Nando’s business has achieved incredible success in Australia.

“The team at Nando’s doesn’t want to rest on their laurels and has challenged us to develop digital work which you wouldn’t see everyday … a great brief.”
