My Kitchen Rules stole the night once again for Seven last night, with 1.640 million fans tuning in to see the latest elimination.

The cook off – which saw Victorian contestants Josh and Danielle knocked out – paved the way for Seven to win the biggest share of the free-to-air television audience across Australia's five metro areas, taking 34.5%. Nine followed with 30.7%.

Ten's Puberty Blues was watched by 464,000 people, coming in 17th place.

Completing the top 10 were Nine News, in third spot with an audience of 1.163 million, Nine News at 6.30, fourth with 1.098 million, Seven News, fifth with 1.009 million, Seven's Today Tonight, sixth with 994,000, Nine's A Current Affair, seventh with 973,000, and ABC News, 10th with 848,000.
