Creative agency With Collective has appointed Downstream Marketing chief operating officer Justin Hind as managing partner.

Hind will work alongside the agency’s director Dominique Hind, who is also his wife and who launched the agency in July 2010 after stepping down form her role as digital chief at Leo Burnett.

Since launching the agency has grown to 15 staff and 17 clients, including projects with Allergan Health, Amaysim, Canon, Macquarie Bank and Westpac.

Justin Hind has left Downstream Marketing after four years with the company.

Dominique Hind said: “With Collective started as an idea that Justin and I came up with in a Brisbane bar 10 years ago. The idea was to create a different type of agency, focused on partnership and collaboration at all levels, externally with clients and internally with staff, which is what With Collective has created. The ambition was always for Justin to come on board and we are excited to work together again to build With Collective.”

Prior to joining Downstream Marketing, Justin Hind was BMF's head of direct and digital, Leo Burnett head of direct and channel planning and Wunderman director of CRM. He starts in his new role on 3 January 2012.
