Ensemble shuffles management titles

Justin Ricketts and Tim Hodgson have both been promoted at Ensemble.

If you're number one and two in your company, where do you go from there? You get new, more powerful titles. Branded entertainment and sponsorship agency Ensemble's Justin Ricketts and Tim Hodgson are now a new and improved number one and two.

Managing director Justin Ricketts promoted to chief executive at the Mediabrands-owned firm. Ricketts has been with Ensemble since it was founded three years ago.  Co-founder and Sydney general manager Tim Hodgson is now the national managing director.

Mediabrands executive chairman Henry Tajer praised the "remarkable success story" of the business. "Tim has been at the heart of Ensemble's growth and he is a great management partner for Justin. They are a highly effective management team with complementary skills," he said.

National strategy director Lauren Joyce has expanded her responsibilities and will now manage a team of three staff.

Ensemble clients include KFC, ING Direct and Defence Force Recruiting.
