STW-owned brand and marketing insight consultancy Added Value has restructured its management team with the addition of a new executive position.

Current deputy managing director James Pike takes on the role of managing director, while existing managing director Melissa Carey has been appointed to the newly created role of client development director. Carey also takes on global responsibilities, working with Added Value's global team to develop new service offerings in Australia and the region.

Managing director James Pike said: "These changes are really about evolving our business for the future, keeping it fresh and relevant and building on the momentum of growth that we've seen in recent years."

Client development director Melissa Carey said: "Teamed with my new focus on client relationships and team development, and James' emphasis on growth, this new structure will help take the business into its next phase with enormous benefits
likely to flow to both clients and our skilled team."

Added Value will move its team from its Sydney CBD office to St Leonards, joining other STW Group companies at Ogilvy House.
