EXCLUSIVE: Suncorp-owned insurance brand AAMI is looking to add a new digital agency to its roster to work on a mysterious project.

AAMI executive marketing manager Richard Riboni told AdNews a "handful of agencies" had been approached to take part in an invite-only pitch.

Submissions from the selected agencies have been received, with a decision expected "probably in the next couple of weeks".

The brand already works with DTDigital, Razorfish Australia and Adobe. Riboni said the new agency would be tasked with working on an area currently not being addressed, but declined to reveal any details.

AAMI recently revamped its popular 'Rhonda' campaign with a new instalment, 'Rhonda's High School Reunion'.
