SYDNEY: Independent Grocers Australia (IGA) has put its $20 million creative account out to pitch, AdNews exclusively revealed today [23 October, page 2].

Four agencies are battling it out for the account – The Campaign Palace,
AdPartners Sydney, George Patterson Y&R and six-year incumbent CHE Melbourne.

News of the pitch comes just weeks after IGA parent company Metcash signed a deal with its 1270 independent grocers that will see the chain add an additional 65 stores in 2010, and 225 stores by 2012.
