Tom Tearle, VMLY&R ANZ's CEO, has been appointed chief executive of VML ANZ.
Gavin Bain, Wunderman Thompson CEO for Australia, becomes VML chief consulting officer ANZ and managing director, Perth.
The appointments were part of an announcement of a new leadership team across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region for VML, the merger of creative agencies Wunderman Thompson and VMLY&R.
