TikTok's agency accelerator program reopens for 2023

TikTok for Business has launched the second year of its TikTok agency accelerator program.

Designed to champion the growth of emerging leaders within the media agency sector, the program provides an opportunity to accelerate professional development whilst diving into topics that explore the intersection between culture and new age storytelling.

TikTok For Business is calling for media agency leaders with a recommended minimum of five years experience to self-enter or nominate a team member for a chance to secure a spot within the fully-funded program.

30 entrants will be selected and the winners to be announced in mid April and the sessions commencing from May 2023. The four interactive sessions that will be held both virtually and in-person across New South Wales and Victoria.

Andrew Cambridge, head of agency at TikTok Australia & New Zealand said: "We were blown away by the calibre of entries last year and look forward to nurturing the development of more Australian media superstars in 2023."

The program will culminate in a three-day residency, with the ambition of further up-skilling the next generation of media industry professionals via captivating commentary and insights into the ever evolving ad space.

 2022 agency accelerator alumni Sarah Kramer, communications planning director at CHEP, said: "If you get the opportunity to experience the TikTok Accelerator program, you are in for a treat - it is honestly one of the best programs on the market by far.

"It truly is career defining and the attention that TikTok put into both professional growth and personal development has had a huge impact on all of us who were part of the 2022 program."

To enter or nominate someone visit the website and register your details. Enter before 11.59pm on Friday 31 March 2023 (AEST) and the selected participant will be announced the week of April 18.
