Media and creative agency The Holla Agency has picked up LJ Hooker's brand and creative work after a five way competitive pitch.

Under the appointment, The Holla Agency will work with LJ Hooker to shift its brand focus to customer-first as part of a long-term strategic partnership.

LJ Hooker chief innovations officer Ryan Campbell said that The Holla Agency's appointment is effective immediately.

“The appointment signposts LJ Hooker's plan to drive business growth through elevating customer experience to deliver real difference in the highly competitive real estate category,” Campbell said.

“The agency's work will begin immediately with propose-led brand strategy development and a string campaign to follow.

LJ Hooker has a franchise network of more than 700 offices selling more that $19 billion in real estate last year. The Holla Agency's win marks the first LJ Hooker agency appointment in a number of years.

The Holla Agency CEO Alex Allwood said: “Our ambition is to work with brands who are putting customer experience at the heart of their organisations and who recognise that customer advocacy represents future business growth.”

“We are looking forward to developing a long term partnership with LJ Hooker and we are delighted to be working with a brand that's committed to establishing the customer as a priority in the business.”
