SCA has made two senior promotions in its content team with new roles that provide a focus and strategic direction to Hit Network national shows and Hit and Triple M key regional centres.

Sonder Novak-Booth, currently executive producer of Hit Network’s Carrie and Tommy Drive show,  joins the ranks of SCA’s content directors nationally and is promoted to a new role as content director - national shows.

Novak-Booth will work closely with SCA chief content officer Dave Cameron and the soon to be appointed head of metro content and oversee the strategic content direction, audience growth, and client integration of SCA’s national shows, talent, and teams, including Carrie and Tommy, Hot Nights with Abbie Chatfield, and other soon to be announced national shows.

Additionally, Mickey Maher, currently head of music for SCA across the Hit and Triple M networks, will extend his responsibilities to also become group content director – provincial, working closely with the local content directors in SCA’s key Gold Coast, Newcastle, Hobart, and Canberra markets.

“Mickey has been instrumental in the successful content relaunch of SEA FM back on the Gold Coast, and prior to his current music role was highly successful as Head of Regional Content for SCA,” Cameron says.

“He has and continues to do a fantastic job as Head of Music and I’m delighted that Mickey is taking on this new, important role for Hit and Triple M in these key markets.

“Sonder has a wealth of content experience over the last decade working with some of our biggest shows including The Fox Breakfast show, and most recently leading the charge on the Carrie and Tommy show. I know she will do an amazing job continuing to coach and develop our national premium shows and the development of show talent and teams.”
