Salterbaxter Australia has appointed Stu Wragg, a founding member of the Salterbaxter Australia team, to managing director and Tess Ariotti has joined as lead consultant – advisory.

Ariotti brings 15 years of in-house experience, which includes building and implementing CSR and sustainability strategies and programs for Samsung, Allianz Insurance, and Westpac Group.

Ariotti's advisory strength stems from her background embedding sustainability within business practices to create commercial, social and environmental value.

Wragg has a background in communications consulting and has held multiple leadership roles over the years at Publicis Groupe’s PR agency, Herd MSL.

His 15 years’ experience includes consulting for a broad mix of commercial, not-for-profit and government organisations, including Airbnb, NBN and Uber.

Salterbaxter set up an Australian presence in August 2022 but has been operating globally from a UK-base for 25 years.

The consultancy offers end-to-end sustainability services, from materiality assessments, goal setting and strategy development, to program design, implementation roadmaps, creative activations, communications, and reporting.

Skye Lambley, CEO of Salterbaxter Australia, said the company is a mission-driven consultancy at the service of sustainability.

“Tess is a builder and implementer of credible corporate sustainability strategies and programs. Her learnings and insight on what it takes to activate change within multi-faceted businesses has fast become a valuable asset to our offering," said Lambley.

“Stu has proven himself to be a strong consultancy leader and skilled strategist, with a knack for helping businesses cut-through complexity. We can’t wait to see what magic he weaves for our clients as they navigate the challenges and complexity of evolving their businesses for a sustainable future.”

Wragg said the consultancy is all about helping businesses drive the credible and creative ambition, action and engagement that’s needed to create value for all.

"From building locally focused but globally aligned sustainability strategies to helping connect and empower employees to drive the action leaders need," said Wragg.
