MercerBell appoints general manager

SYDNEY: MercerBell has promoted Julie Dormand from the role of client services director to the newly created role of general manager. 
Dormand will retain client responsibilities while implementing staff training and development plans across the agency. 
MercerBell managing director Nick Mercer said: "Julie is a central member of the MercerBell team and has been a vital part of the growth and development of the agency in recent years. Her promotion to general manager is well deserved and demonstrates just how valuable her managerial and relationship-building skills are to the future of MercerBell."
Dormand has over 15 years marketing experience. She has worked as direct marketing manager at Merrill Lynch HSBC, and has also worked as account manager at Lowe Lintas.
In addition to Dormand's promotion, Jess Littlewood has been promoted to group account director, to act as her second-in-charge.

Dormand has more than 15 years of marketing experience including a tenure as direct marketing manager at Merrill Lynch HSBC.
