Digital agencies Lighthouse Interactive and The V Project have merged and rebranded as full service digital agency Reborn.

The agencies have been collaborating for the past three years and the merger and rebrand will formalise the arrangements.

The newly merged agency has won business from Estee Lauder and the ASX and is  the digital agency of record for L'Oreal brands Lancome, Yves Saint Laurent and Biotherm, and Revlon brands Revlon and Almay.

The agency also works on projects for Colgate Palmolive, Club Med, Fairfax Digital, L'Oreal Group, Mirvac and Tourism Ireland.

Reborn is also looking to expand its services by creating a network of websites, which they can sell advertising across. The agency already manage a lifestyle and beauty site, rescu.com.au, and intend to add six sites to this portfolio over the next 12 months.

The 23-strong team will be led by Sabir Samtani and David Easton, the founders of V Project and Lighthouse Interactive respectively.

Lighthouse Interactive was established in 2006 while The V Project was born in 2007.
