Hogarth has appointed Omnicom's Alice Hughes addressable lead of Hogarth Australia, and Blake Moseley has been promoted to global head of addressable product.

Hughes will oversee Australia’s addressable content offering and lead Hogarth’s Addressable Content Partnership (ACP) with GroupM.

Hughes brings to the role 14 years of media industry experience. She joins the team from Omnicom, where she led Australia and New Zealand operations for dynamic creative optimisation (DCO) agency – Adylic.

Hughes said: “I am beyond excited to be joining Hogarth. Blake has done an amazing job building at implementing our Addressable offering and I look forward to continuing its growth and success across AUNZ. Hogarth’s ACP is a very powerful, forward-thinking solution. It will help connect brands to audiences and deliver the ultimate personalisation experience through the power of content.”

Since joining Hogarth, Moseley has led the design, development, and implementation of Hogarth’s addressable content and DCO offering across Australia and New Zealand.

Moseley will now be an instrumental member of the Global Addressable Content Practice team, expanding his remit to collaborate with GroupM’s global agencies while also working closely with global clients including Vodafone, Uber and Honda.

Moseley said: “ Over the past 18 months I’ve had the privilege to work alongside some of the smartest people in the industry. I’m excited and grateful to be given the opportunity to now expand my remit, working with Hogarth Global and GroupM across the world to further evolve our offering and continue to keep us as the addressable leaders in every region.”

Justin Ricketts, CEO of Hogarth AUNZ: “Blake has been an invaluable part of the Hogarth AUNZ team, spearheading the development and productization of our Addressable Content offering across the country. It is now time for him to expand this remit across Hogarth Worldwide and we are super excited to see what Blake can achieve on a global stage.
