Marketing data and technology specialist Foxcatcher, part of RyanCap, has appointed Nicole Papaz as growth and partnerships lead.

Papaz will leverage her sales and strategy experience in her new role and will be responsible for leading new business development and nurturing existing client relationships.

"We're excited to have Nicole join the team to help accelerate our growth strategy and support our clients and partners," Foxcatcher managing director David Gaskill says.

"Nicole brings a highly strategic, solutions-focused mindset which will further enable us to drive value and return on investment for brands, agencies, and publishers with the Foxcatcher platform."

She leaves her current role as group manager strategic audience solutions at JCDecaux to join Foxcatcher.

Prior to this role, she was client strategist at Fairfax Media.

"2020 showed us that things could change in the blink of an eye, for better or for worse," Papaz says.

"As such, it has never been more critical for clients to have a robust view of their customer's world to adapt and learn from these changes and adapt in an instant, and that's what Worldview (Foxcatcher's proprietary data and media buying ecosystem) can give them.

"From brand building through to conversion, Worldview can provide clients with the understanding they need to achieve meaningful results.

"Foxcatcher is a unique business with big dreams of becoming the leading data and tech media specialist in Australia. I'm thrilled to be joining a team of brave thinkers, working together to challenge the status quo of our industry to take clients to the next level.”

Papaz's appointment with the Foxcatcher team is effective from June 9.

Papaz is the latest senior hire to join Foxcatcher which launched in October last year.

She joins managing director David Gaskill, head of product and solutions Andrew Molan and head of trading Varun John.

Since its launch, Foxcatcher, which is part of former Dentsu and Carsales boss Simon Ryan's parent company RyanCap, has introduced two proprietary products to its offering, Worldview, and Fox_ID.

The business has also recently announced a partnership with global ad exchange Index Exchange.
