Independent creative agency Edge has appointed David Arns and James Gillespie as its senior creative team.
The duo have spent the last eight years working at agencies including TBWA and R/GA, with the bulk of their time together most recently at The Works.
“This was a very important hire for the agency, a key senior team to ensure we deliver great work for our clients and take the business to the next level,” Simon Langley, Edge national ECD, says.
“Also, it was essential they were good humans that would add to our vibe and culture. It’s fair to say since they arrived, they have been doing both brilliantly.”
Arns and Gillespie have worked on brands such as Google, Krispy Kreme, Samsung, Subaru, H&R Block, and Greenpeace.
“We were excited by the challenge of working with Langers to realise the vision Edge has creatively and we’re already getting stuck into briefs on some great new clients like Tennis Australia and Starlight Children’s Foundation that have recently come on board," Arns and Gillespie say.
