Coles Liquor pitches creative

Coles Liquor is pitching its creative as part of a statutory review of its agency relationships, AdNews can reveal.

The incumbent, AJF Partnership, has worked on the Coles Liquor account since 2015.

AdNews understands the review is in its early stages and will attract several agencies. The scope of the work will span across Coles' liquor brands, including Liquorland, First Choice and Vintage Cellars.

The pitch does not impact Coles Liquor's media agency, OMD, or its digital/CRM agency, CHE Proximity.

Coles and AJF Partnership declined to comment.

Late last year, AJF Partnership announced it would be acquired by new digital business Trimantium GrowthOps.

Trimantium was expected to float on the stock market on 6 December 2017, but its listing has had multiple delays and is now pushed back to the 12 March, fuelling speculation the deal could collapse.
