Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has been handed a contract for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s (DFAT) Smartraveller, following a competitive pitch.

The agency will roll out a campaign for the account with the goal to increase its website traffic.

“We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with the Smartraveller team over the next three years,” says Clemenger BBDO Melbourne’s Deputy CEO Simon Lamplough.

“This win is recognition of our dedicated government communications capabilities being led and grown by Julian Bell, our National government lead.”

Last year DFAT appointed J.Walter Thompson Sydney to lead and develop a new brand strategy for Smartraveller.
