IAG's NRMA Insurance has retained CHEP, after a four year partnership, as its personalisation partner after a competitive pitch.

CHEP will continue to offer services across CHEP Creative, CHEP Experience, CHEP Data and CHEP Tech.

Brent Smart, CMO at IAG: “A lot has changed in the personalised marketing space in the last four years. We wanted to make sure we had the best capability in the market on our business. CHEP confirmed that they are head and shoulders the best in this space.

“It’s not just about capability, it’s about strategic thinking and big creative ideas. We are very happy to be extending this relationship and look forward to creating more great work with our friends at CHEP.”

Leading the charge is CHEP's new leadership team including CEO Justin Hind, CCO Gavin McLeod and Managing Partner Jessica Coulson.

Coulson: “We’re excited to continue to combine creativity and science, to transform NRMA’s personalisation marketing program, through our renewed partnership.”

McLeod: “It’s a great privilege to have the opportunity to continue working with a client that truly understands the power of creativity to make a business impact and has consistently backed breakthrough work to do so.

“We’re really looking forward to working with NRMA Insurance’s partners to magnify this impact through smart use of technology.”
