Alex Derwin's last day at BMF

BMF chief creative officer Alex Derwin has officially departed the agency.

Derwin's in the process of building his own agency, with more to be revealed soon.

He joined BMF in 2015 as creative director, before becoming ECD in 2018 and CCO in 2020.

"It’s been a monumental nine years and I couldn’t have wished for more from my time at BMF," Derwin told AdNews.

"My last few days were wonderful."

As the helm of creative, Derwin led the agency to launch brand platforms ‘Good Different’ for ALDI, ‘Come Down For Air’ for Tourism Tasmania, and ‘This Australian Life’ for TAL insurance.
