Woolworths, Whiskas and personalised feline targeting

By AdNews | 7 March 2014

Woolworths and Whiskas have made a bid to take relationship marketing to the next level.

The brand and retailer are pushing personalised cat bowls, exclusive to Woolworths, in today's papers.

To show how much the brand understands the bond between human and feline companian, for a limited time only, and only via specially marked packs of Whiskers, you can secure a personalised cat bowl for your fluffy friend. Enter his or her name on the special page on the Whiskas website and the bowl will come to you.

Cats with famous or rude names need not apply, because bowls will not be printed with names that are either “offensive or infringe on intellectual property rights.”

Hurry. The promotion closes on the 28th of March.
