It's hard to keep up with all the latest moves across media, marketing and advertising, so we've made a list. Check out some of the biggest moves this week.

Emotive expands team across creative, strategy and account management

Tessa Chong has joined as senior art director, Gerad Petherbridge joins the strategy team as strategy director from Enigma, Manavi Sharma joins the account management team as business director, Zoe Hartas also joins the account management team as senior account director and Aoife Lehane joins as senior account manager.

Leo Burnett appoints three group creative directors

Leo Burnett Australia has appointed Bec Johnson-Pond, Tim Woolford and Tommy Cehak as group creative directors. Woolford and Cehak arrive to Leo Burnett from DDB Group Australia. Johnson-Pond worked in both Los Angeles and New York for clients including Google, Toyota and Android. In Australia, she’s been across campaigns at TBWA.

Mindshare Australia names new chief strategy officer

Strategist Robert Bellamy is returning to Australia after eight years in international roles to join Mindshare as chief strategy officer. Bellamy will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and further strengthening its Good Growth brand positioning.

Half Dome appoints Simon Gellibrand as head of digital

Independent media agency Half Dome has appointed Simon Gellibrand as head of digital. He will be responsible for leading the digital product, driving best practice implementation as well as thought leadership and digital marketing maturity for the agency’s client base.

Enigma's property and place division makes two appointments

Full service independent agency Enigma has appointed Dean van der Merwe to design director and Bianca Holtsbaum to senior business manager of the agency's specialist property marketing division. The duo’s remit encompasses combining strategic thinking with ambitious creative across the division’s branding and design property projects.

UNSW appoints Howatson+Company

UNSW Sydney has awarded its creative and production scope of works to Howatson+Company, who has also held the university’s media business for the last 12 months. The appointment is effective immediately.

Blobfish International promotes Rose Rye to partnerships director

Blobfish International has promoted Rose Rye to the newly created role of partnerships director. Rye will be responsible for managing all major client partners across Blobfish’s sampling campaigns, while also exploring new sampling channels.

Adam Francis concludes role with AJF Partnership

Adam Francis, AJF Partnership's founding partner, will depart the agency at the end of April, concluding an 18-year chapter and the agency’s transition from being a founder-led business.

Initiative nabs Mindshare's Paige Wheaton as chief investment and partnerships officer

Media agency Initiative has appointed Paige Wheaton as chief investment and partnerships officer, replacing Simon Reid who left the agency earlier this year. Currently national head of investment at Mindshare, Wheaton brings 15 years media experience to the role.

Lemma appoints Areef Vohra as country head ANZ

Lemma, an independent omnichannel Supply Side Platform (SSP), has appointed Areef Vohra as country head for Australia and New Zealand. Vohra will be responsible for driving Lemma's business growth in ANZ, leading the company's sales, brand and agency partnerships.
