Domino's Pizza is to review its creative account, which is handled by The Campaign Palace Sydney.

The Palace will repitch for the account, with its contract with the pizza chain due to expire in the first quarter of next year. The pitch process will be run out of Sydney by The Agency Register.

The agency produced a TV campaign for Domino's earlier this year featuring Domino's chief executive Don Meij promoting a change to the chain's 50-year old recipe.

"It is a natural process to review the business with the three-year contract due to expire in the first quarter," a Domino's spokeswoman said.

She added that the competitive pitch for the Brisbane-based business will encompass agencies from across Australia. The media account, held by Mitchell & Partners Brisbane, is unaffected by the creative review.

Managing director of The Palace Sydney, Michele Teague, told AdNews: "All agencies go through ebbs and flows. We respect Dominos decision to test the market. The Campaign Palace has helped Dominos move from strength to strength, so we will definitely be repitching."
