Toshiba has used technology and engineering to deliver a seriously Japanese experience.

Sushi trains are pretty mundane, a sushi roller coaster is so much more exciting, despite the potential for food spillage.

In the wake of Toshiba’s ‘Seriously Japanese’ launch this year, the company has teamed up with Iris for a seriously Japanese promotion using the humble sushi train.

Toshiba’s seriously Japanese pop-up zushi roller coaster restaurant has been created using Toshiba products. Visitors order their food by tablet and the dishes arrive by the world’s first sushi roller coaster track.

The roller coaster will run from 30 October to 1 November for three nights only, and will pop up at District One, Randle Lane and Surry Hills.
