Specsavers' media account is in play, AdNews understands.

The business, held by MediaCom, was worth $18 million over the last 12 months, according to Nielsen.

The account is one of a number currently under review in Melbourne. The Myer media account is due to be settled imminently, with incumbent Ikon and PHD the last agencies remaining in the tender.

UM accounts L'Oreal and Origin are under review, with UM declining to repitch for the Origin business.

The Carlton United Brewers media pitch is also underway, making Melbourne a busy patch for the next few months.
