  1. What is your favourite moment you’ve shared over a cuppa?
    One of my favourite moments shared over a cuppa was re-connecting with an old friend. Our careers took us to different parts of the world, but eventually we both found ourselves back in Brisbane and catching up over a cuppa. We chatted about everything, from our struggles to our successes, and it felt like no time had passed at all. It was a reminder of how powerful friendships can be and how important it is to make space to connect with friends.
  2. Why is supporting mental health so important to you?
    As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression, mental health is incredibly important to me. It affects every aspect of our lives, from our relationships to our work. Taking care of our mental health is essential for our well-being and overall quality of life. I believe that by reducing the stigma surrounding mental health and providing more resources and support, we can help people lead happier, healthier lives.
  1. What’s your top tip for lifting your mood?
    My top tip to lifting your mood is to practice gratitude. Take a moment to focus on the things in your life that you're thankful for, whether it's your health, your loved ones, or a beautiful sunset. Regularly practicing gratitude can lead to increased happiness and well-being. By focusing on the positive, you can improve your mood and help spread positivity to those around you.
  2. What is your connection to MOOD, how have you contributed?
    For the past couple of years myself and the team at MiQ have contributed to MOOD by assisting with analytics and dashboarding to understand media outcomes and sales. Hopefully our skillsets have helped to demystify media and sales metrics to drive revenue outcomes for MOOD!
  1. How can we as an industry do more to support MOOD?
    As an industry I believe we can best support MOOD in 3 ways: Skillset - we can provide consultation and guidance to help the brand grow; Platform - our industry is uniquely positioned to provide the media platforms that can accelerate the growth of MOOD; Purchase - our work perks often include fully stocked workplace fridges and pantries; when ordering tea, make sure it's MOOD!

    Because it demonstrates our commitment to social responsibility.
  1. What does your company do to foster a Mentally Healthy Workplace?
    MiQ encourages authenticity and bravery in the way we communicate and engage with each other. This fosters a safe space for open and transparent conversations around Mental Health and is backed by a robust support framework in our EAP.

    Get On Up is great to put a bit of pep in your step!
