Helen Black is head of connection planning at Facebook ANZ. She helps partners navigate changing consumer behaviour and build better connections between brands and people. Passionate about insights, ideas and the craft of planning, she has previously held strategic leadership roles at News Corp, MediaCom and UM - driving change in culture, product and capabilities to enable market-leading work.

Jenny Child

Jenny Child leads McKinsey’s consumer and retail work in Australia and New Zealand. She has over 14 years of consumer sector experience helping clients to transform their businesses through customer-centricity, agile working, and resetting culture. Her expertise includes working with CEOs and industry leaders to develop multichannel go-to-market strategies, digital strategies, sales-force effectiveness, and frontline capability building programs.

Bri Williams

Bri Williams is one of Australia's leading authorities on behavioural influence. She is a CPA with a degree in Applied Psychology, and founded People Patterns in 2011, a specialist consultancy that helps businesses get staff, customers and stakeholders to take action. Bri has written five books including "Behavioural Economics for Business" and "The How of Habits", and appears regularly as a presenter, panellist and media commentator.
