The ANZ Falcon is back

The ANZ Falcon, first launched to the Australian market in 2006, has been reborn in a campaign about advanced fraud protection technology via Special and PHD.

The campaign, DoppelFalcons, brings to life the ANZ Falcon through lookalike falcons that help spot the difference between the customer and fraud.

“With fraud and scams on the rise, who wouldn't want one of the world's foremost avian predators on their side?" said Ryan Fitzgerald, ECD Special.

"ANZ customers can feel a little bit safer with the DoppelFalcons in the world."

The campaign runs across TV, online video, audio, OOH, print, social, search and owned channels. Media amplification includes a 12-metre 3D falcon perched on Bourke Street.

“The falcon has given us licence to play across a combination of trusted media environments and contextually relevant moments to highlight ANZ’s security features to a new generation," said David Bielenberg, PHD Melbourne’s Head of Strategy and Planning.

The film was directed by Steve Rogers via Revolver, with all VFX being produced by Alt.VFX.
